YMCA Workouts Anytime, Anywhere!
Join our fitness instructor, Courtney Nauss on Zoom. She will lead you through a 45 minute strength workout. Bring weights if you have them of you can use soup cans or other household items. Mondays at 10:00am, you need the Zoom app to participate.
Christina and David Palao are still doing their beloved Zumba and Strong by Zumba classes virtually, you just need the ZOOM app and find the meeting ID on their Facebook page.

This FREE program is open to all youth and provides up to 100 teens an opportunity to communicate, check in, become part of a community of youth experiencing isolation, reach out, make connections and gain valuable leadership skills training at the same time.
